Welcome to NeoMed®
NeoMed® proudly announces the first comprehensive Enteral Safety System available on the market today. Our Enteral system includes oral dispensers, oral extension sets and feeding tubes that are designed to be incompatible with IV or Luer Locking devices. Additionally, NeoMed’s Enteral Safety System (ESS) complies with The Joint Commission's “Proposed 2006 National Patient Safety Goals and Requirements” and the Association for Advancement of Medical Instrumentation’s (AAMI) “American National Standard for Enteral Feeding Set Adapters and Connectors” © 2000. By utilizing ESS the risk of an unintended clinical line connection is eliminated.

enteral safety system

At the cornerstone of the Enteral Safety System (ESS) are our large volume oral dispensers (20cc, 35cc, 60cc) that facilitate pump feedings and deliver nutrition through our enteral only extension sets down to our enteral only feeding tubes. For your convenience, we have listed the product item numbers, descriptions and packaging information for all of our dispensers, extension sets and feeding tubes.

NeoMed® offers the only complete enteral delivery system that complies with all recommendations set by The Joint Commission on Quality and Patient Safety Position Paper. (The Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety, Position Paper on Tubing Misconnections, 4-16-08).
