Loyalty Program

NeoMed offers existing customers “The NeoMed Loyalty Program” to help iden­tify hospital staff training needs, estab­lish and review process proto­cols, and ensure supply chain integrity before conver­sion. This Program aligns customer supply needs and planned GO LIVE dates with our NeoConnect family of ENFit prod­ucts. The NeoMed Guarantee assures supply of our NeoConnect prod­ucts, but is limited to active customers with an accepted GO LIVE date.

Customer Input

  • Active Customer Using NeoMed ESS or Pharmacy Products
  • Accept the NeoMed Pre-Commitment Letter
    • Establishes GO LIVE date
    • Identifies prod­ucts to convert
    • Cross-reference SKUs for supply chain
  • Issue a Purchase Order for NeoConnect Product
    • 90 days minimum prior to GO LIVE date
    • Update facility SKUs
    • Develop discharge support plan
    • NeoMed commits resources for tran­si­tion plan­ning and training

NeoMed Commitment

Within 3 weeks of GO LIVE

  • Assure inven­tory avail­ability
  • Assess inven­tory balance
  • Provide prelim­i­nary training for Pharmacy and NICU
  • Confirm that all phar­macy processes and medica­tion admin­is­tra­tion proto­cols for all patient floors have been written and approved

Final Inventory Planning

2 weeks before GO LIVE

  • Confirm inven­tory with PV or NeoMed
  • Stock store rooms/clinical units
  • Balance inven­tory for EO to ENFit tran­si­tion

GO LIVE

  • In-service phar­macy & patient care units
  • Provide on-site support
  • Continue inven­tory balance based on census

Trade Out Product

  • Exchange any remaining Legacy NeoMed product for NeoConnect product

The NeoMed Transition Program provides a system­atic approach to iden­tify hospital training needs, estab­lish and review process proto­cols, and ensure supply chain integrity before conver­sion. With theNeoConnect Transition Program, NeoMed offers acute care NICUs and phar­ma­cies industry-leading access and service of our ENFit prod­ucts. This program aligns Customer supply needs and planned GO LIVE dates with our NeoConnect family of ENFit prod­ucts.

Customer Input

  • Provide Monthly Product Usage Forecast (Identifies prod­ucts to convert with a cross­ref­er­ence)
  • Acceptance of NeoMed NTP Agreement with Projected GO LIVE Date
  • Acceptance of NeoMed Local Supply Agreement that includes Pharmacy, NeoConnect Enteral, Kits, Accessories with Volume Minimums
  • Release of PO _____ days prior to GO LIVE (To include in-service set-up reim­burse­ment costs)

NeoMed Commitment

  • Review impacted protocol changes
  • Provide prelim­i­nary training for phar­macy and NICU including didactic/simulation work­shops, if needed.
  • Confirm that all phar­macy processes and medica­tion admin­is­tra­tion proto­cols for all patient floors have been written and approved

Final Inventory Planning

2 weeks before GO LIVE

  • Confirm inven­tory with PV or NeoMed
  • Stock store rooms/clinical units

GO LIVE

  • In-service phar­macy & patient care units
  • Provide on-site support
  • Simulation training lab for NICU, PICU, and Pharmacy
  • Assess inven­tory needs
  • NeoMed commits to provide a minimum of 4 hours of staff training/in-servicing to support hands-on work­shops depending on the needs the facility at no charge

NeoConnect Incentives

NeoMed offers a range of ENFit tran­si­tion incen­tives to help hospi­tals meet tran­si­tion dead­lines including:

  • NeoConnect Transition Consultive Services: Contract with your local NeoMed Representative for blocks of time beyond the 10 hours of Transition Preparation Time already allo­cated for support.
  • Transition Rebate: NeoMed has a Transition Rebate Program avail­able for qual­i­fied partic­i­pants only. Ask your local NeoMed Representative for details.

Secure Supply Chain

To elim­i­nate the fulfill­ment of ENFit prod­ucts to noncom­mitted customers, NeoMed requires Prime Vendor and GPO Partners to gain approval for distri­b­u­tion of our ENFit product line to specific customers.

Demand Planning

With the Transition Program, NeoMed has visi­bility to current and future demand for ENFit product, allowing for the orderly tran­si­tion of customers from Legacy to ENFit and avail­ability through supply chain.

GO LIVE Management

NeoMed’s ENFit product line spans Pharmacy, Adult ICUs, NICU/PICU, and home care. NeoMed’s sales team is uniquely trained to help support all areas of the hospital for a successful GO LIVE.
